Our paths first crossed with Julie in the early ‘90s when she helped us on a part-time basis to update important computer files. We couldn’t have been luckier when we lured her back to Prins with a full-time customer service representative position in 1998. She’s been a standout ever since.
Insurance has been a good fit. “I enjoy my job because I enjoy helping people get the coverage they need,” she explains. “I learn new things weekly, and every day is different.”
Just stand back and watch Julie do her job. You’ll see someone always going beyond. She recalls the time a client was involved in an accident right outside our office doors. No surprise to anyone, Julie stayed with the woman, who wasn’t injured, but was badly shaken, until a family member could be reached. Now that’s customer service. It’s precisely why we — and Julie’s customers — love her so much.
