With Prins since 1994, Bruce’s enthusiasm for insurance is infectious. He enjoys the variety of clients and the ever-changing to-do list, that’s why the insurance industry fits him perfect. With insurance; whether it’s the risk or the challenges they face, there is something new to learn every day!
Bruce’s wheelhouse is pretty broad, but his work related to Land Improvement Contractors of America (LICA) is probably his personal favorite. Having had a father who was a dirt mover back in the 70’s, Bruce grew up in and around heavy equipment. He helped his Father and learned not only to talk the talk but to walk the walk! His family roots and upbringing created the passion he has today for the dirt moving industry!
Considering his role of being part owner of Prins Insurance, Bruce can relate to business ownership and all that goes with it. That is why he is a great resource for business owners to turn to him for advice. Throw in personal coverage like home, auto and recreational vehicles, and you can see the breadth of his expertise.
Bruce strives to make sure customers are not just satisfied, but also knowledgeable about their needs. An insurance policy isn’t just paper, it’s about the people it protects and their future. He also emphasizes his “small town values,” meaning he takes the time to build relationships so clients are confident, comfortable and in the loop on every decision about their account.
When he’s not on the job, you might find Bruce snowmobiling, hunting or taking on some other outdoor activity. Of course, time with family also tops his list. Bruce and his high school sweetheart are busy raising four kids on 10 acres — plenty of space for children to grown and make memories! Their family has enjoyed raising many farm friends over the years, including horses, goats, chickens, cows, pigs, ducks, guineas, and geese!
