As a customer service representative (CSR) at Prins for more than five years, Jocelyn’s learned to tackle the challenges as they come. She loves the fact that every day is different, and she’s more than qualified to handle any problems you send her way.
Jocelyn was born and raised in Sheldon, so she’s got a real soft spot for her neighbors and loves giving back to the community, including participating in some of the Young Professionals group activities promoted by the city. She and her husband, Alex, enjoy working on home renovation projects. They have three dogs. Jocelyn describes herself as very social and says she loves talking and connecting with clients on a personal level.
